Courses associated with Elevation Restaurant (such as HM190, CUL 200, CUL 270, BAK265) or lecture courses (such as CUL 102, CUL 104, HM130, HM 150, HM290) do not have additional culinary program fees. - Knives/pastry set, uniforms, books and additional supplies: approximately $1,500-$2,000 for the AAS Degree (see class schedule and COCC bookstore for detailed costs).
- Oregon Liquor Control Commission Service permit: $28.65 (one time fee) (at this time, CCI is paying this permit cost for students).
See the Cascade Culinary Institute sample plans listed in the COCC catalog for the recommended class progression which lays out the number of credits taken per term. The credits per term can be helpful in estimating each term’s cost.
