Elevation is the capstone experience for Cascade Culinary Institute students. They create menus, prepare food, serve guests, and receive real-time feedback as part of their coursework. The experience emphasizes sustainability, seasonality and regional sourcing.

Lunch — Fine dining, three-course

• Thursdays and Fridays, April 17 through June 5 (Sorry, no lunch service April 24)
• Seating Times: 11, 11:15, 11:30 and 11:45 a.m.
• $20 per person

Capstone Dinner

• Wednesdays and Thursdays, April 23 through May 28 (Sorry No Service April 24)
• Seating Times: 5, 5:15, 5:30, and 5:45 p.m.
• $60 per person
• Reservation: Required – Dinner Reservations will open April 16 at 3 p.m.
• Menu is subject to change due to availability or student specials

• Mondays and Tuesdays, April 23 through June 2 (Sorry, no dessert service May 25 or 26)
• Seating Times: 5, 5:15, 5:30, and 5:45 p.m.
• $20 per person

• 3 Courses: Choice of appetizer, choice of dessert and coffee/cordial service

Food Truck Lunch

• Open Tuesdays, 11am-12:30 pm or until sold out
• April 21- June 2
• Closed Tuesday May 26
• Take away and patio open if weather permits
• $14 per person
• Menus highlight seasonal ingredients and student specials
• No reservations required
