Elevation is the capstone experience for Cascade Culinary Institute students. They create menus, prepare food, serve guests, and receive real-time feedback as part of their coursework. The experience emphasizes sustainability, seasonality and regional sourcing.

Lunch — Fine dining, three-course

• Thursdays and Fridays, October 15 through November 20 (Closed Nov. 12 for Veteran’s Day luncheon)
• Seating Times: 11, 11:15, 11:30 and 11:45 a.m.
• $24 per person
• Reservations: Required
• Menu is subject to change due to availability or student specials
• The last day open to the public this term is Nov. 20th.
