Dessert and Charcuterie Bar
- Wednesdays and Thursdays

- 6 to 7 p.m.
- Pricing is variable depending on the menu item
- Wine and beer available for purchase
- Reservation: Required

CCI Food Truck—“Shirley Ray”
- Opens Friday, April 25, through Thursday, May 30
- 11am- 1pm or until sold out.
- Reservations are not required.
- The menu will change weekly.

About Elevation
Elevation is the capstone experience for Cascade Culinary Institute students.
They create menus, prepare food, serve guests, and receive real-time feedback as part of their coursework. The experience emphasizes sustainability, seasonality, and regional sourcing.
