CCI Bakery Kiosk

Fresh baked goods from Baking and Pastry Program students

Welcome to Cascade Culinary Institute’s Baking and Pastry Program’s Bakery Kiosk! The Kiosk showcases the learned skills by our Baking and Pastry students and is a part of the BAK 265 Retail Baking Operations course.

The CCI Bakery Kiosk provides Baking and Pastry students a retail setting to practice and perfect baking, production, and customer service skills. Thank you to the Central Oregon community for your support! Check out the Central Oregon Daily’s news story on the CCI Bakery Kiosk.
