Lunch — Fine dining, three-course

  • Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • April 17 to June 5
  • 11 a.m. to Noon
  • $20 per person
  • Reservation: Required

Capstone Dessert and Charcuterie

  • Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • April 25 to June 5
  • 6 to 7 p.m.
  • $20 per person
  • Three-course event with appetizer, dessert, and after-dessert cordial or coffee service
  • Featured Dessert each week, a specially crafted sweet developed by a student to showcase their talents
  • Wine and beer available for purchase

About Elevation

Elevation is the capstone experience for Cascade Culinary Institute students.

They create menus, prepare food, serve guests, and receive real-time feedback as part of their coursework. The experience emphasizes sustainability, seasonality, and regional sourcing.
